Who made it? How did you find it?
I was travling with the great Archmage Beleze when
he left suddeny and this shirt was in his place
I think he had a Conclave to attend and they
do not let Kender's in

How it Works:
What does it do? How does it work?
This shirt acts as a Chain Mail +3
it also gives the Kender to cast 5 first second or third
level spell per day.

It works by wearing it.
In order for the spell to work the kender must
know the affects of the spell
It will fit any Kender

It only works for kenders
