Staff of Stinging Laughter

Description: A straight staff made of dark oak, natuarly split at the ends, to form natures perfect hoopak. All sorts of neat pictures are carved into it, like laughing masks, and runes and such. The point on the botom is made of silver, and the sling from regular leather. It makes a funny whistling noise like this flying train this gnome once showed me....

History: As my Uncle Pouchmaker once told me, as his father told him, which he learned from a dwarf who traded the extremely rare and valuable information for the kenders gold watch, *Which the dwarf happened to have lost, and he was going to give it back anyway, so...* But legend has it that a kender, on his travels, helped a mage in need by supplying a rare item that the kender had lying about in a pouch. The Mage offered the Kender a service, and leaning on his old cracked hoopak, he decided he wanted a magick hoopak. The wizard followed the kenders design, Powerfull enough to stop an ogre! But i really don't want to hurt anyone, Id rather make them laugh! Maybe you could make it tell stories, But then what would i do? maybe i could ....*it goes on* Eventually the mage came up with the staff of stinging laughter.
