Laughstar's Wand of Giggling

Description: About 18 inches long. Striped in the colors of the rainbow,
changes pattern constantly. Colerfull runes on every stripe.
History: It was made by simmering the laughter of a elf, in the light of a
full moon. Then I added the band of a female kender, the
prison chain of an evil sorcerer(cut it off your wrist), and the hair
of a wolf puppy(tamed hopefully), and stir until the sun dawns.
It was made in the town of Korinth, with the help of the
magician Zachary Killher
How it Works: When touched to the skin of a MALE, of any species, it provokes
unstoppable giggling until they pass out. When touched to the
skin of a FEMALE, any species, it gives makes them laugh at
anything, and get really happy. |
