made by a gully dwarf (oohh! thrills
and chills!) with two (no more than
two) gems on it, one green and one
red. Only usable by kender.

How it Works: When worn in a town, stand up and
say, "E=mc squared!", and you will
instantly have eternal fame (in that
town anyway,) and as for fortune, your
natural kender spirit will take care of
